The hotel boasts an infinity swimming pool, sun terrace, and lush garden, along with a family-friendly restaurant serving Indian, Nepalese, and international cuisine. It is situated 16 km from Pakyong Airport, near Banjhakri Falls and Ranka Monastery.

This place is a gem, feeling like the heart of Sikkim while the rest of Gangtok is crowded with tourists; it’s as festive as Kolkata’s Park Treet in Christmas but the resort and its surroundings stay calm, quiet, and lush green. The food was excellent, offering Mizo, Sikkimese, Nepali, continental, and pizza options instead of typical North Indian or Bengali Macch Bhat. We dined there often, enjoying cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks that were all good. The staff were well‑behaved, friendly, and proud of their work, the organic garden, and management. Arpita, Nana, and the boys were always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. The owner, Mr. Chetan, is an architect, and that shows in the design and architecture of the place, which complements the pristine nature around the retreat. He is courteous too. There’s an organic farm and a natural spring; next time I’ll sit by the spring and have coffee. The only downside is that it’s on the outskirts of Gangtok, which we booked for that reason, but it could matter to others.

Everything about Kengbari was amazing! Truly a special stay for us. The apartments are lovely, fantastically designed, super spacious and made me feel right at home. Absolutely loved how nestled away in nature everything is. The restaurant was great and the food was tasty! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and the owner made us feel welcome and made sure we received the best treatment while staying there. Nothing - everything was great!

Kengbari Retreat was a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and the owner's warm hospitality was the icing on the cake. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery made it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. I'd highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Room decorations are very aesthetics with quite comfort for living. Use of wood in everywhere I lived too much. Staffs are very amiable. As on date I found nothing to dislike here if you love to stay in nature and away from crowd
