The hotel was very convenient for Naples Central railway and bus stations, and therefore very busy. It offered good views of Garibaldi Square with many restaurants and small shops. The bedroom was spacious and well presented with a high‑quality bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The lift to our third‑floor room was old and small, with two inner doors that had to be closed manually or it wouldn’t work; sometimes those doors were left open and we had to walk up or down three floors, which was not ideal.

The hotel was in a great spot near the station. The street outside was chaotic and dirty, not the hotel’s fault but the municipality’s.

The location is great for the station, but watch out because the entrance is on a side street rather than the piazza. The room was infested with a lot of mosquitoes.
