The location was okay, and everything else was just okay; nothing particularly good. The reception staff were very helpful. The place felt a bit dated, the bed had dips in the mattress, and the wardrobe door was hanging off. We only stayed one night, so it was fine for what we needed.

Breakfast very poor No fresh fruit only tinned , eggs and toast only other items worth eating, got off to bad start by reception saying we didn’t have free parking Bowe booked with Booking. Com . We had a terrible room with terrible uncomfortable bed and disgusting curtains. Room 150 Toorak , we also had to pay for use of gym. Everything , I don’t understand everyone gave good reviews

The staff were friendly, the food was good, the hotel was clean, and the location was great. Nothing to complain about.
