The staff were very friendly and helpful, yet the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, with only a duvet cover instead of a proper duvet, and the spare duvet in the wardrobe didn’t fit; the curtains wouldn’t stay closed because of the sloped ceiling, so the room wasn’t dark enough at night and the light made it hard to sleep.
