The place is very pretty and clean, nothing to complain about, and the rooms are super well arranged – we loved our stay. The mattress was awful; we had back pain for three days; I’m used to sleeping anywhere, but this one needs a new mattress. The room itself we adored. The staff were a bit cold but friendly; a little more smiles would help.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Wir konnten die Fahrräder im Fahrradraum über Nacht sicher einstellen und die Batterien aufladen. Das Hotel liegt ideal um alle schönen Städtchen des Elsass zu besuchen

Sehr zentral, geräumig und sauber. Wenig Toilettenpapier- wurde einmal nicht mal aufgefüllt, Bett zu 2 (Kingsize!?!) viel zu eng/klein. Restaurant: Wartezeit durch unfreundliche Servicekraft viel zu lange

Excellent location near the centre of Colmar. Comfortable establishment and staff very kind. The restaurant menu for dinner and the breakfast buffet were very complete and of great quality. Nothing to mention.
