The A/C works well, breakfast is plentiful and tasty, the coffee is high‑quality and delicious, parking is large and free, you get free entry to the zoo, and the staff are polite. The shower head didn’t fit the arm properly, the fridge was a bit loud, and the pillow was uncomfortable.

A truly picturesque spot – the hotel itself and the surrounding area are charming. The lakes, parks, restaurants, pools, and especially the amazing zoo are highlights. Even though we’ve seen many zoos, this one will stay with us for a long time – it’s genuinely special! Jungle Hotel left a great impression too. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds are excellent 👌 A big plus is the direct connection to the zoo and the hotel’s location on its grounds. The hotel restaurant also serves very good food. It’s definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting.
