The staff, Rose and Sofia, were attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel is less than 150 m from the beach, right on the second beach, and the location is great. The building itself is very simple but has everything you need. Because the place was well used, the stairs initially tired me out, but I got used to going up and down after a while.
