The hotel could have been good, but there was no proper management. The receptionist met a fair‑complemented lady who was terrible, unpleasant, and not professional at all—very rude and nasty.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely lovely, always willing to lend a helping hand and make you feel welcome. However, the water in the shower and sink was a bit of a letdown - it was cloudy and looked dirty, which was a bit off-putting. Despite the water issue, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is pretty central, making it easy to get around. Overall, the friendly staff and decent location make up for the water problem, but it's something they should definitely look into.

The staff here are absolute gems - they're super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the location is a bit of a challenge, especially if you don't have a car. It's a bit of a trek to get to the city centre, but the views from the hotel are pretty nice to make up for it. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a welcoming place to stay, just be prepared for a bit of a commute.

The hotel's reliability when it comes to power and water is a major plus, especially considering Nigeria's notorious power outages. The staff seems to have a good handle on the situation, and I've never had to worry about my stay being disrupted by a lack of electricity or running water. That being said, I'm still getting to know the place, so I'll reserve judgment on other aspects of my stay for now.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to get a roof over its guests' heads. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. There was no hot water, all the faucets were broken, and the sink was clogged with disgusting, stagnant water that seemed to have been there for weeks. The location was also a nightmare, and to top it off, there were no floor mats to be found. When I asked the staff for something to clean up the mess, they just ignored me.
