I had to unjustly pay for a parking spot I didn't use, outsourced and far from the lodge, and I paid it separately via Pix while it was raining, making it impossible to walk with my baby. I explained that the parking space was unnecessary and that the amount should be deducted from the remaining balance of the other half of my stay, but manager Clayton was extremely ignorant and threatened to deduct from the employee if I didn't pay. In the end I paid to avoid deducting from the staff member, but I was very upset by the incident and the manager's lack of empathy. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The room had a musty smell, needed a soap holder and towel racks, and the coffee table legs were too soft. The bed also had a moldy odor.

The blanket was dirty, the mattress and pillow very worn, many ants, dirty walls, no air conditioning—apparently just a fan that has no control and must be turned on manually. Overall the quality was terrible; staying there in the heat would not be comfortable.
