“Very poor management”
We couldn't even find the hotel; the directions kept pointing to a different place. Management was terrible, and the phone line was always busy. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I’m sad to give it 1 star because the property lacks basic amenities: no light in the restroom, a broken fan, and a dirty bed. There was absolutely nothing I liked.

I found a rat in the toilet bowl and the bathroom was filthy; the hotel isn’t close to the MRT or a bus stop, so we had to take an auto each time, which was expensive because the place is a bit off the main road. They even charged me 30 % of the room rate just for a 2‑hour early check‑in.

Room cleaning was poor. I saw a rat in the bathroom toilet. The bathroom was dirty, and the bedsheets weren't changed daily. The location is awful—no MRT, no bus stop. Every time you need an auto, they charge too much because the hotel is a bit off the main road. I would not recommend this place.
