The walls were paper‑thin and the place was noisy; the bed was so uncomfortable that I had trouble sleeping. I told the landlord several times, but he ignored me and never answered the phone.

I waited outside for over an hour for a code to be sent so I could enter the premises. I left at 1 pm, got the code while driving, and had to return. Nobody answered the phone, even after trying 20 times—never again for me.

The room was nice and spacious, clean, and the nearby pub was good for a meal; I slept well. I would return if the weed issue were fixed. I had to close the windows because visitors were smoking, and the smell seeped into our room, the main entrance, and the bathroom where the fan still carried smoke. It was unpleasant, especially with my grandson there. Also, there were no cups for tea—only glasses that got very hot when I tried to make tea in them.
