The place is well situated, but the food could use more variety since it was the same every day, even though the flavors were good. I wish they varied the menu daily because 80% of the dishes were identical.

Everything was great: the staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent.

The specialty restaurants were excellent, especially the Japanese (Ayami) and Italian (Mamma Mia), and the entertainment team—Kevin, Marlen, Ángel, Gaby, and Arturito—provided great service. The Tequila Bar and T Bar also had excellent service. However, I was disappointed that not all restaurants were open as advertised, and the buffet selection was very limited at both. I also didn’t like the service at Margaritas and El Abuelo; the waiters only did well if tipped.

The scenery and facilities were nice, but the hotel lacks a proper protocol for handling accidents. My husband was bitten by one of the animals around the hotel and they didn’t take him to the medical area—just cleaned him up. They also don’t keep track of the animals.

The hotel was small, clean, and walkable. The buffet had very few options, snacks were limited, and there were no nighttime activities.
