The staff were excellent: friendly, informative, and very responsive, and the view was fabulous. However, the keys and doors were extremely difficult to open; it was hard enough that an elderly person would struggle.

I liked the location because it was within walking distance of the venue I was attending. Free parking was supposed to be available, but the hotel was sold out, so the parking lot behind the hotel was full when we arrived, forcing us to pay there. If you don’t select overnight parking at the start, you’ll be charged for another day plus a convenience fee. The hotel should inform guests if parking isn’t available.

“Overall okay for a night, but leaves something lacking!”

The location was amazing. We had a room that had only a small amount of toilet paper and no extra roll. The free breakfast is ok but no way to get water. There was only coffee out and no hot water to make the tea or hot chocolate. The check in person was great but the next morning I went down to ask a question and had to wait several minutes while staff had to talk about why the cleaning ladies weren’t clocking in to work that day. Also the 15 minute parking spots supposedly for guests checking in were both taken by hotel staff. Just be aware that you are paying money for an okay stay not the best stay
