“Desagradable”
We ended up canceling and never got even half of our money back, and the place was in terrible shape—neglected overall with a filthy pool.

Nothing positive to note; the pool wasn’t maintained, the rooms were unsanitary, the bedding was terrible, and there was no internet connection.
Staff responded instantly, the pool is spacious and has hot water, though there's a bit of noise from the avenue.
