I was charged 90 dollars for a two‑bedroom room with a queen and a half, which was far too uncomfortable for us as a couple; the staff at reception, especially the gentleman who attended us, treated us poorly by saying it was the price we had paid through Booking and not directly with the hotel. The thermal pools were a highlight, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff are very friendly and ready to help, especially at the restaurant, pool area, and bar, and the housekeeping staff are also very kind; the pool is heated and very pleasant, and breakfast is a buffet with good variety. I had an interior room where I could hear a lot of noise and smell odors from other rooms, and the tone of the person at reception (somewhat condescending) when handing over that room made everything clear.

The room was spacious and good, and the bed was excellent. Unfortunately, the building was very noisy, and the internet was not available all the time.
