The payment system at the accommodation was problematic; I didn’t pay when I booked and I couldn’t pay on arrival either. On the day of stay they sent me an IBAN code to make the payment, which felt awkward compared to paying directly through the booking platform.

The location was fine, but there was a mold spot on the wall in the bathroom, the drain was clogged, the floor under the shower was fully flooded, the shower itself was dirty and neither washed nor disinfected, the room’s odd furniture prevented movement, and the only power strip didn’t work.

The hotel was close to the center and the bed was clean, but we received an old, previously inhabited room that didn’t match the online photos at all. The shower had almost no water, other guests had left their shower heads there, the walls were dirty, dusty, and moldy, the window couldn’t be opened because of many mosquitoes, the walls were thin, and we woke up at 7 am hearing everything from the neighboring room.

The price‑quality ratio was excellent; I appreciated the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the spotless linens and towels, and the modest location offered a pleasant stay.
