The facilities are clean and the location is very good. I never actually slept there, because the keycard they gave me didn't work when I came back at night, so I couldn't get in. The staff were mostly absent and I had a few issues that required me to ask the owner, who answered only sporadically. I also had several other problems that the staff could only solve after I asked a couple of times.

It’s in Chiang Mai’s old city, but it’s easy to reach, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Really comfortable sleeping pods with plenty of space. Loved the separate hanging area on the wall for each guest. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the night bazaar, very friendly and helpful staff. Great Wi‑Fi and towels. Lovely cafe downstairs and everyone is so friendly. No air‑con, only fans in the room; I had to leave the main room door open to let the air circulate, otherwise it felt like a sauna and wasn’t very safe.

The room had bed bugs—staff blamed the open window, but that didn't change the fact that I was badly affected by them.
