The location was fine, but there was no host or anyone to open the door or greet you; you just walked in and settled into any room you found, which felt very odd.

Location, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent, and there was nothing negative to mention.

Nada. El alojamiento esta ubicado en una dirección distinta a la que aparece publicada, no nos pudieron dar la más habitaciones porque todo estaba sucio, nos enviaron a otro hotel y no nos respetaron la reserva de 2 habitaciones

Nothing good, and we couldn’t even stay. The service was awful. The location listed on the site is false; when you arrive, people send you to a much farther spot, and when we got there the place was dirty—rooms, common areas, and the pool. The manager didn’t even acknowledge that I and others had reservations, so they tried to move us to a cheaper hotel; when we objected, they had to pay for a stay at a completely different place we chose. Terrible place.

The place was very quiet and pretty, but the room I got shared a door with another room, and sometimes I could hear the neighbors.
