I booked a stay near Jukskei Place, which felt safe, but the room I was first given was tiny and cold. The towels were dirty, and the door was broken. When I asked for a move, they told me I’d have to pay 42 % more per night. I agreed, switched to a larger room, and paid the extra, yet I only stayed one night instead of the two I’d paid for. The towels remained unclean even after I requested replacements, and I had a cold shower because the gas geyser wasn’t explained at check‑in. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The bathroom door lacks a handle; I accidentally shut it completely and had to yank it open by gripping the top edge with my fingers. The main door also creaks loudly, and you have to lift it to avoid the noise. The wooden staircase in the room is noisy, so you can hear people walking up and down as if staff were busy.
