The rooms were clean. The hotel claims to have on‑site parking and a café, but all that existed was an urn, cups, tables, and chairs. Each room was bare of glasses, had no fridge or water, and no kettle to make coffee. The room service claim is confusing because there is no phone in the room to contact staff. All the hotel offers is a place to sleep—no facilities to make your stay comfortable.

The staff were friendly. However, street‑side parking and street noise, a creepy old building, no hot water for coffee or tea, no complimentary water, and the fact that they didn’t waive my cancelled second night even though I informed them three days before my stay were major disappointments. The hotel was not even fully booked.

The facilities were very old, and even the shower water had such low pressure that it was miserable; the water itself was barely usable. The place looked nothing like the photos, so I was disappointed right from the moment I checked in.
