The staff were great and my room was right next to the pool. Unfortunately the phone in my room didn’t work, I told reception but they never fixed it.

The rooms were very comfortable with an amazing view. The water bottle in the room cost 5 euros in a suite that was 250 euros a night, which felt out of place.

The facilities were good. But there were so many stairs to get to the pool or gym.

The staff handled problems well and the hotel activities, varied breakfast, and bed comfort were all nice. I read many comments about a dirty pool floor, but during my stay the pool was clean, no black stains, everything spotless. The bar snacks were amazing and the bar staff were very helpful. Mrs. Silvia at reception was attentive throughout our stay. The AC in our first room didn’t work well; we talked to staff and they quickly tried to fix it. Since it was a motor issue, they moved us to a new room at no extra cost and with great discretion. They were wonderful.
