The chalet matched the photos exactly, and the host went out of his way to ensure a great stay, keeping in touch beforehand with location tips and check‑in details. He welcomed us warmly, gave a welcome basket, and congratulated us on our birthday.
The hot tub was great. The pillow was bad; I had to sleep without one.
