The hotel’s infrastructure was solid, but the location, 10km from Munnar, and the hotter climate compared to Munnar were drawbacks.

The property was clean and well maintained, the upper deck offered a beautiful view, the staff were very helpful, and the food was tasty! The only downside was the long wait for hot water from the tap.

The view from the property was good, yet the manager made us feel extremely uncomfortable by monitoring us on cameras, repeatedly sending staff to tell us to leave, shouting at us, and embarrassing us in front of other guests. As a woman, I felt very uneasy; the rest of the staff were kind, but the manager was the issue.
