“GREAT WALKABLE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH EASY TRAM RIDE INTO CENTER CITY”

The spot has a lot of cafés, bistros and restaurants within walking distance, and locals stroll with their dogs all day. There’s convenient private parking behind the building. It’s a great spot for catching a tram to the city centre or elsewhere – we walked back from the Distillery District in 20 minutes. The coffee maker broke the week before we arrived, but the host overnighted a new one for us on the first day! We were on the 3rd floor, so there were many steps for older guests. There had been some leaks before that need attention, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

I had the booking confirmed a month ago, but when I was standing at the apartment door, they cancelled it.

The basement was well-equipped, no windows, and there was a parking spot plus several trams to the center, but the narrow winding staircase into the basement flat made it hard for older guests to navigate.

I couldn't get into the room I had booked; the door was locked, there was no reception, nobody to ask for help, so I had to find another place, and to my surprise the money was still taken from my account, so I'm requesting a refund.
