The location was great. The breakfast was lacking and there was no air conditioning.

The quietness of the place a short walk from the center, the manager’s availability, and the available kitchen were positives. The listed services were missing: air conditioning was actually a ceiling fan, breakfast was poor in self‑service mode – there was a coffee machine, a kettle, some biscuits and toast with jam (no milk). The beds were noisy and you cannot change the position if you sleep with someone else.
The location was quiet and comfortable.
The place is very nice; the shared outdoor space is a big plus for me because I was there with my daughters and they felt free to play and stay outdoors safely in a fenced area. The owner was extremely kind and helpful with everything, the location was perfect, a free beach 200 m away, an equipped beach 800 m away with many stalls and eating spots, and Termoli center 1 km away. I used the car for the kids, but if you can walk, you don’t need a car for your stay because you can get everywhere on foot. I’m satisfied. The only thing I didn’t like was that, for me, there was nothing; certainly more could be done, but I was fine.
Arcangelo, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming. The pergola was amazing, the garden was great, everything was beautiful… Highly recommended. Nothing negative.
