The facility is fantastic, with excellent breakfast served on the terrace and a wonderful view, spotless rooms, and especially the warm welcome and great availability of Marilina, a wonderful person who made us feel truly at home! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The lady greets you with a genuine, sincere smile and is ready to solve any problem you have. The room is large, clean, and features a beautiful bathroom. There’s a microwave, fridge, and a TV that’s actually unnecessary because the terrace offers a breathtaking view, making the TV pointless. The property also boasts a lovely orchard with pomegranates and fig trees. In short, amazing.

The stunning sea view and Marilina’s hospitality made us feel at home. Nothing else to add.

We were thrilled by the clean and spacious property, the stunning view, and the convenience of having a parking spot right there. The owner treated us wonderfully, served us delicious cakes at breakfast, greeted us with a smile, and offered plenty of helpful tips.

The main attraction of this place is the superb view of Naples Bay. However, it sits on a busy road, causing late‑night and early‑morning noise. There is no air conditioning, the fan in the room didn’t work, and one bedside lamp was broken. The breakfast, though praised, lacked butter, jam, honey, cereals, and “baguette” bread. The price‑to‑quality ratio is not favorable under these circumstances.
