The cleanliness and spacious room with a toilet were good. Breakfast was delayed until 9 am, the menu lacked variety, there was no staff to carry luggage, no sunshade, no soundproofing (train and car noise disturbed us), and the street was dark.

The hotel is quiet and offers excellent views from the room balconies. Breakfast was poor. I booked a suite, but the pictures did not match reality – the sofas that were shown were missing; when I asked, staff said they had removed them and there would be none. The bidet leaked water. There was no ashtray on the balcony, and housekeeping said they didn’t have one, but a day before check‑out they left one on the balcony.

The breakfast was very varied. Dinner could be had for €15 per person. The infrastructure is slightly worn, but it’s a great price‑service compromise. The spa is nice and functional. The bed is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Gudauri Inn. The hotel’s location offers beautiful mountain views. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well sound‑proofed, making our stay very relaxing. The bathroom had a bidet spray (handheld bidet/shattaf), a very useful convenience for many travelers. A special thank you to Kristine and the support team, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. They helped us change our reservation dates, offered flexible check‑in, and even gave us a free room upgrade, which greatly improved our experience. The breakfast varied on Monday; the experience was inconsistent. On Sunday, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, but on Monday the selection was much more limited and did not match the same quality. We hope the hotel can maintain a consistent breakfast standard every day.
