The cost performance was the best; for five adults and two children staying in Tokyo, it was a huge help. The hair dryer was broken, and the bath water couldn't be collected because the drain was faulty.
The location was good and there was a convenience store nearby. The cleaning seemed unsanitary, and the surrounding roads were very narrow and complicated.

The neighbors were very kind. The bathroom had a lot of black mold, the cleaning was insufficient, and the cooking utensils were dirty.
The living area right after the front door was spacious, and it was handy to be able to put everyone’s luggage there when we entered. The cigarette smell stuck to the inside of the entrance and was noticeable.
No heating was heard, and the hygiene of the facilities was also concerning.
