The lakeside location in the front row is unbeatable. The lake has very good water quality. With an inflatable kayak and a SUP available, the kids had everything they wanted. A mosquito net in the bathroom would be nice so the window could stay open.

We had an unforgettable holiday on the Joana. One week. The surroundings are stunning and unique. My father grew up nearby. To visit his still living former school friends and acquaintances we were in Zedenick. What that does to you is indescribable. The houseboat’s location is a paradise. We will come again this year. There is no single complaint. All household items are available. Thank you. Excellent!!!

The houseboat is well located in the Marina Zehdenick with a wide view over the Prerauer Stich. The room layout, bathroom and kitchen are harmonious, the equipment is good. Diana Treml, the host of Joana, was quickly reachable if a question arose. We had a great extended weekend as a trio – also because there are interesting jogging, cycling and hiking spots nearby. If it had been a bit warmer, we would have used the standing canoe and the stand‑up paddle board too :-)
