The night manager was very helpful, but when we first arrived there was an empty biscuit wrapper and Maltesers left on the floor—a detail I could overlook. However, when I retired to bed I discovered it was wet, which was unacceptable. In the morning, housekeeping admitted they were aware of the wet bed but apparently just made the bed up normally. The lack of communication about the wet bed was very disappointing for a motel and ruined our experience. At checkout, a staff member at reception asked, “Did we manage to get some sleep?” which felt like a joke at our expense.

The location is amazing and the staff were super friendly. The dinner at the restaurant was nothing short of amazing! The iron didn’t work, but apart from that all good.

Absolutely EVERYTHING loved the bath tub, the pool was cold. The room was very clean and fresh. went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was absolutely delicious and big. We also decided to have room service for the hot breakfast and my goodness it was huge and hot, definitely coming to stay again I didn’t want to leave.
