We felt great at this hotel. The staff were kind; I spoke on the phone before arrival and they assured me we’d be housed on the 4th floor, away from the restaurant where events were held, and that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t experience any discomfort. The view of the port was stunning. The hotel and room were spotless, with well‑maintained furniture, décor, and elevator. The linens and towels were high quality, and the bathroom supplies were more than sufficient. Breakfast deserves mention: it was served on a terrace on the 5th floor with a superb view. The products were abundant, tasty, and we enjoyed everything, including coffee and juices. The location is excellent; walking for a few minutes brings you to the historic centre. I recommend staying here; we’ll definitely return. I couldn’t find anything negative.

The camera was large and clean, but the fridge in the room was cold and the air conditioning only worked on the cool setting, showing a lack of recent investment.

The room was big, yet I couldn’t turn on the heating and was only given a blanket; the carpet in the bedroom needs replacing and the décor feels a bit dated.
