“Nice Place”

The city view is lovely, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The value is high, as is the elevation. Local dogs and cats are friendly and cute. The place is very clean and comfortable. However, there seems to be a bird’s nest inside the air‑conditioning unit in apartment 4, producing a powerful, high‑pitched squeak that is constant and disruptive; earplugs and two noise machines couldn’t overpower it. There were also some kids screaming for hours, but kids will be kids.

It’s a great spot—clean and comfortable, with a shower that has a huge spray like a rain shower, which is super. I arrived earlier than the agreed time, but the host didn’t charge me extra. Thanks, David. The location is a bit tricky; I arrived at night and couldn’t figure out where to go, but the host picked me up from the avenue, and by the day I could navigate myself.

I honestly can’t say what I liked, except maybe the balcony view. Everything else was awful: the balcony fence was rusty, the closet had someone else’s stuff, dust on the shelf, the AC wiring was in terrible shape, the bathroom cabinet was broken and loose, the shower was dirty and leaking, and hair was left in the shower drain. After two days it became unbearable; I didn’t even shower there. Photos back it up.

Convenient location, the lowest price in the area, friendly hosts, free shampoo, hand soap, and a kitchen. No internet in the room, but that wasn’t a big issue since the lower floor worked fine. No balcony as advertised and dust on the cabinets.
