Breakfast wasn't included in our booked room. We paid an extra 500 baht for the hotel breakfast, which was great and had everything we wanted. We had booked a room with pool view but got one facing the street; the front desk told us it wasn't booked and the staff who showed us the room didn't bother arguing. There was a chair on the balcony; we told reception that balcony furniture was missing and they brought a table. Still only one chair left so we could sit on the balcony. At the pool outside there were only 7 sunbeds, so they really need to look into that.
