Reefcomber Sunset Beach, on Rarotonga's western coast, boasts stunning sunsets and direct beach access, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The 12-room property features four lagoon-view bungalows and eight garden-view studio rooms. Bungalows have air conditioning, kitchenettes, and private bathrooms. All rooms offer solar hot water, fridges, and complimentary coffee and tea facilities. Nearby amenities include Blackrock Store, golf club, and restaurants.

The location was ideal with great beach front access and quiet, being child‑free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very simple but clean and well equipped. There was no pool and no meals available, though we knew this when we booked.

The location was stunning. Rarotonga usually has a lot of wind, but this beach was well protected—right near Black Rock! The deck chairs were very comfortable. The common area was well positioned with two tables and chairs and plenty of communal kitchen equipment. Our unit, No.6, needed minor repairs, especially the vanity door. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is great, beach access is amazing, staff are very friendly, gardens are beautifully cared for, and the property is well maintained. The bungalows were well equipped, but I had a studio instead, which had no air conditioning and no kitchenette—just a fridge, microwave, toaster, and jug (no sink), though shared cooking facilities were available.

A little slice of paradise! Right on the beach front. Great snorkeling just a few steps from the door. Lots of different colored fish. Convenience store just across the road. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Not a large place, so not crowded or busy. Like most places on the island, the roosters roam around and love to crow early in the morning. No insect screen on the bathroom
