I booked a room with a TV and a small beverage fridge because I needed a fridge for this trip; however, neither the TV nor the fridge worked. A staff member inspected the TV but couldn’t fix it right away. Our room, 45, had a door in an enclosed square: across from the elevator, directly right to all other rooms, and directly left to the spa, so every time someone went to the spa you could hear the doors shutting. Highway traffic was audible, and we were offered a 10 % discount.

I’ve been there before, so I know the good facilities and the nice restaurant. The price was outrageous; breakfast was as expensive as a dinner. The check‑in staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was okay. Other than that, everything felt very stiff.
