The breakfast was generous and met our needs, the quiet location near open countryside and the rooster alarm was perfect, it’s an ideal spot to visit the 11th‑century frescoes at San Martino di Terzo di Aquileia, you can park in the fenced garden, and the owner and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. Aquileia is just 4 km away, and nearby there are nice restaurants with local dishes.

A quiet spot, the host was courteous, breakfast was good, the apartment was very clean. The shared bathroom was noted, but it was mentioned in advance, so no issues.

The owner was very nice, communication was excellent, breakfast was delicious, rooms were large and spacious, bikes were safe, and I think I’ll stop by the tram again.

The host is very friendly and helpful, everything is very clean, the location is quiet, and there’s even a small balcony with a table. The only downside is the shared bathroom, but that wasn’t a problem; even with other guests there, it stayed very clean.
