The staff were friendly and the room had good equipment, but the noise was an issue because the building isn't well soundproofed. The description mentioned a pool, but it was unclear that the pool is public and not part of the hotel, and the hotel itself isn't near many attractions.

I struggled to give a response. The location was hard to find; I walked around the isolated area four times and spent 10 minutes on the phone with reception, who couldn't guide me. When we finally arrived, the hotel messed up the city tax and breakfast bill, and instead of apologizing they behaved rudely and unwelcoming. The arrival experience was terrible. The room was cold, the display was broken, and they had to fix it remotely.

Breakfast was good, the location was convenient near the hospital, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner in the hallway was noisy.

The hotel was fantastic, with an incredibly comfortable bed, fragrant sheets, a minibar included in the room rate, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, the place was peaceful, and there were many outdoor areas with comfy sofas to relax. The new, beautiful hotel had helpful staff, and I recommend it to everyone and will return again.

The room and its location were great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, but the shower water diffuser needs replacement.
