Daniele was very kind and helpful! The room was cozy and clean, fully equipped, and the property is in an excellent spot just a few steps from the center.

Localização muito boa, perto de tudo e a alguns passos do Domo. Quarto muito confortável, limpo e arrumado diariamente. Danielle foi muito simpático, nos recebeu pessoalmente e nos deu muitas dicas da cidade. Deixou café e caramelos no quarto. Também havia shampoo, sabonete e gel de banho. Obs: Para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção precisa avaliar, pois fica no terceiro andar e precisa subir de escada. N/A
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Florence hotel. The room was pleasant, tidy, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city on foot. We also liked the welcoming and friendly staff, who were always available and pleasant. It was a beautiful experience for our Florence trip, and we recommend it without hesitation ❤️
Daniele is a very friendly host; the place is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. He took our luggage directly from us and carried it up himself, which was very helpful. He also let us check in early and gave us useful city tips. The room was clean and adequate, though there were many mosquitoes, probably due to the season. The location is super, everything is within arm’s reach and the area is sweet and safe. Daniele, thank you—on the last day he took care of our luggage for a few hours and even brought it down for us, even though we hadn’t asked, which was very polite. We think it’s a reassuring, affordable option. Thanks a lot, Daniele 🙏🏻
