I recently stayed at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. While the in-house staff were friendly and welcoming, the back office staff were quite rude. To make matters worse, the hotel's upkeep was subpar, and I was even charged extra for basic amenities like a heater. The uncleanliness of the hotel was also a major issue, making my stay quite unpleasant.

“Great view and Great staff”
