The reception staff and breakfast service were very friendly and helpful. However, we ordered three breads for breakfast and were charged for them, indicating a very strict product control; I think that, having paid over 700,000 pesos for the stay, such a small fee (3,000 pesos) could have been included. Also, near the dining area there was a strong, uncomfortable sewer smell.

We booked big, clean rooms but there was no space for suitcases or clothes. They promised us the 6th floor for the whole group, yet we were taken to the 4th floor and only got a room for three while four of us were booked. The location is fine, close to everything. The rooms are indeed spacious, and they provided extra blankets, shampoo, and water. The only thing missing is a way to make tea when it’s cold at night. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The place was comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the cost.
