The location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the décor is modern. More variety in the breakfast would be great.

The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless; the front‑desk staff were also very pleasant. The hotel is about a 15‑minute walk from the Duomo, with metro and tram stops nearby. A bit more variety at breakfast would be nice, and the Wi‑Fi can be a bit spotty at times, taking a while to connect and sometimes dropping out.
