“prima locatie en een tevreden gevoel maar het kan beter”
TOP LOCATION, reasonably quiet. The bathroom tiles were loose/broken, and the sink stopper didn’t stay open, so water ran everywhere.

The location is perfect, the area is quiet, and the facilities are pretty good. Dust in some corners made it less pleasant, especially since I’m allergic.

Not recommended. Expect no “luxury.” The place is essentially a very basic room with no comfort. The photos are doctored: a bottle presented as a “welcome gift” turned out to be a regular water bottle. The owner rents out 8 rooms. Finding the accommodation is already a challenge—there’s no name or sign. What looks like a regular hotel feels more like a hostel or vacation rental with a shared kitchen and a bathroom at the far end of the hall. We arrived two hours early; the check‑in was simple, but a passport was requested even though we only had ID cards. We were also denied luggage storage. We communicated via WhatsApp for half an hour, but the staff showed no willingness to help—we were only allowed in at exactly 14:00. Although the listing promised an “own bathroom,” it was on the opposite side of the hall, which is extremely inconvenient, even for a quick hand wash or a night‑time toilet visit. The shower stall is tiny—almost impossible to turn around in—and water and soap are provided in such small amounts that practical use is nearly impossible. A horrible, suffocating smell comes from the drains; staying there is barely bearable, so you have to leave the shower door open to avoid drowning in the fumes. The toilet lid never stays up, it keeps falling down. The towels smelled bad and were never changed during our five‑day stay.

The location is good. The bathroom is noisy.

I had a solid stay, though the bathroom isn't directly attached to the room but sits in a corridor nearby.
