The facilities were fine, but a young night‑shift staff member sent me to the second floor and I had to carry my cane up.
“Bueno, regular, no malo.”
The restaurant is decent, air conditioning works well, the bathroom and bed are clean, and parking is good, but the restaurant closes at 5 pm, which is too early for me since I arrived at 6 pm and had no food options; the pool is shared but rented for events, and on the day I went there was an event so I couldn’t use it—waste of money.
“Pésimo, no recomendable”
The female staff are excellent people—congratulations to them—yet the hotel had insects in the rooms: cockroaches, centipedes, and silverfish, indicating poor maintenance; they hit my car in the parking lot and the despotic owner has no third‑party damage insurance, telling me he isn’t a police officer and to do as he pleases.
