The price was too high, the water pressure was weak, there was no heat, no water, no ice, and the sink was plugged—nothing else stood out.

The location was perfect. The front desk staff could improve their friendliness and punctuality when guests check in.

I could leave after seeing roaches crawl on the bed, but the hotel was infested with roaches that even crawled on you while you slept, the towels were dirty, the shower floor was filthy, and I felt I should have been paid to stay there. We abandoned the room around 1:30 am on the first night because of roaches, left the key, and no one was at the desk, so we just walked out. I requested a refund for at least the second night, and they said I made a false complaint.
