Pousada Serena

“Resumindo foi uma ótima estadia, mas escolheríamos outro quarto.”

We loved the Pousada: the service was flawless, breakfast was super complete, location great, price amazing, we’d definitely return! The only downside was the rooms – ours had a low section, we bumped our heads on the ceiling a few times, and the bathroom in one room was tight.

“Pousada serena maravilhosa,impecável”

The location is super close to the city center, the price is very affordable, and breakfast is wonderful. It’s my second year staying here and it’s definitely worth it. Everything pleased me.

The staff at the pousada are very friendly and helpful. My family and I felt warmly welcomed. They suggested places for tours, meals, and reliable transport options, which was crucial since we had to adjust our schedule during a rainy period in the city. Hugo, the owner, is very decisive and pleasant. A hair dryer in the bathroom would be nice for women after showering, but that’s just a minor suggestion and doesn’t affect the excellent rating of the pousada.

Great reception from Mr. Hugo, the pousada is clean, breakfast is delicious, it’s close to the center – about a 40‑minute walk – and there’s good parking. Because it’s on the avenue, the front rooms get a bit of noise from cars and motorcycles, but otherwise everything is normal.

“Insatisfeito”

I didn’t like the room – it was too cramped and only had a single bed, so I couldn’t move around comfortably. It was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave before the day was over and felt suffocated.
