The beachside spot is convenient, yet the room was filthy with peeling paint on the ceiling, splashes on the floor, dirty grout, and mastic, and the whole place reeked like an old casino full of stale cigarette smoke; we asked housekeeping for fresh towels because the ones we received were stained, but they never showed up, so the hotel really needs a full renovation and I wouldn't stay here again regardless of the price.

The room was very comfortable, the pool was nice, the seaside location was great, and they even handled package reception for us, but the elevators were constantly under maintenance.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The property is run-down and there were several maintenance and service issues during our stay. We experienced water leaking, and the kitchenette was not properly stocked with basic essentials such as soap and paper towels. Construction was also going on throughout the property, which significantly affected the overall experience and made it difficult to enjoy the stay. We also paid extra for a waterfront room, but the location was not on the prime waterfront as we had expected. Given the price and the expectations associated with a waterfront stay, this was particularly disappointing. Overall, the property needs significant maintenance and improvement. With the ongoing construction and the condition of the facilities, we did not feel we received good value for what we paid

Large refrigerator and stove. And size of room. No internet in rooms only wifi. And not letting us know during booking that they have only valet parking and the price
