Even though the few reviews made me nervous, the two nights went smoothly. The management is run by two elderly gentlemen who only speak Korean, making communication tough but workable. The exterior looks pretty run-down, but the inside feels modern, though a bit empty and dim. The rooms match the pictures: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, the stay was positive.

The price was steep. The hygiene was awful; the hallway smelled bad and the reception didn’t even tell me which room I’d booked.

It’s the closest lodging to the Gas Safety Training Center. The rates are cheap and it’s comfortable.

The value for money is unbeatable, the place was clean after a remodel, and it was quiet so I could rest well. The owner was friendly and everything was great! No complaints.
