Helpful and polite staff, but the cleanliness could be much better; it felt a bit worn.

Nothing good, unfortunately. The reception was poor, the room was grimy, the bathroom was very dirty, and the ventilation was outdated. Because of these issues we didn’t stay the night and don’t want to pay for this room. I don’t understand why this place is listed on Booking. The price is far too high for the comfort offered.

A pretty but sadly rundown and spacious hotel complex in a wonderful location, with a lovely park and a well‑maintained pool. The rooms were blandly shabby, outlets were broken, the door jammed, and overall it was very untidy – we had to have the beds re‑made and we cleaned the shower drain ourselves.
