A charming spot for a couple, about 50 m from the surf. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. The bathroom is roomy, and the kitchenette room is adequate.

Everything was perfect: from the welcoming and helpful girl who handed us the keys to the location right by the sea in a quiet, beautiful part of Pineto. Everything is easily reachable, and for those who enjoy cycling, the bike path is just steps away from the apartment. The tiny house is well‑kept and clean, making it ideal for a low‑key couple. Parking can be tricky during busy times.

The place was spotless and the details were impressive, but there were no mosquito nets and the whole building felt hot; the air‑conditioner at least worked well.
