The bathroom had no window or ventilation to the outside; the “ventilation” actually blew directly into the bedroom/guest room. It was clearly something built to turn an apartment into a quick tourist solution.

The apartment was spacious and bright, right in the heart of Naples’ historic centre.

It’s in downtown Naples, close to Spaccanapoli. Very clean. The host was very kind. The bathroom didn’t have a “real” window.

The old‑world building exudes charm, giving the feeling of stepping back into old Naples. At night it’s completely quiet, and in the morning, when everyday life kicks in—kids heading to school, trash cans rattling—there’s still mostly a peaceful oasis behind thick walls. The rooms are bright and inviting, and you can store luggage after check‑out. The host and staff are very kind. Warm welcome. The coffee is great and there’s a bite to eat at the café next door. If you expect a more substantial breakfast—omelets, etc.—you’ll need to go elsewhere. We found it adequate.

The location is perfect, the facilities are good, and the nearby breakfast options are decent. The air‑conditioning is a nightmare: only one unit for two large rooms and the bathroom. The two rooms lack doors and instead have a large corridor.
